About Me

Hey, I’m Justina.

I was born in Lithuania, but for the last 10 years, I’ve been living a very different kind of life—hitchhiking across Europe, cooking in festival kitchens, sleeping under the stars, and later building out my own camper van to call the road my home. What started as a journey of freedom became something deeper: a long, slow exploration of what it means to feel safe, alive, and connected—in my body, in relationships, and in this world.

I’m a psychosomatic practitioner, yoga therapist, plant-based cook, and forever student of life. I work 1:1 with people who are navigating big transitions, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and the quiet, often painful sense of disconnection that can come with modern life—especially for travelers, queer folks, creatives, and those who feel like they’ve never quite fit the mold.

What drives me is simple, but not always easy:

I care deeply about the fundamentals of being human
🏕️ Shelter (I learned natural building and how to live simply, in rhythm with the land)
🍲 Food (I’m a passionate plant-based cook who sees food as both culture and medicine)
🌀 Movement (From football to triathlon, from yoga to climbing—my body has always been my teacher)
💕 Connection (Attachment and relational dynamics, relationships and friendships

I’m not just teaching what I know—I’m living it. I’ve worked at festivals, eco-projects, tech companies, and across more than 35 countries. I was a remote worker before it became a trend, facilitated online workshops, did a lot of user research, even ran data company as a CEO.

But I’m also human—still on my own healing journey.
Still learning how to feel safe in my body.
Still softening into expression, learning how to be seen and let others in.
Still navigating what it means to be queer in a world that often misunderstands.
Still exploring what it means to love across cultures, languages, and nervous systems.

I’ve studied sociology, self-inquiry, massage, bodywork, natural health, psychedelic integration, and the endlessly fascinating topic of human behavior. I’ve grown my own mushrooms, both culinary and medicinal. I’ve watched people more than I’ve watched TV. And through it all, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t come from fixing ourselves—but from reconnecting with what’s already wise within us.

These days, my work blends:

🌿 Somatic therapy
🌍 Nature-based sessions (often outside, with the land as co-guide)
🪶 Psychedelic integration & plant medicine support
💬 Honest conversation & nervous system attunement
🍲 Food, breath, and movement as doorways into aliveness

I’m here to hold space for people who feel a little lost, a little raw, and very ready to return to themselves. If that’s you—you’re so welcome here.
